“The exporting of 450,000 barrels of petroleum products per day is a significant number. 1.8 million barrels of crude oil is currently refined per day which near the 450,000 barrels of it is exported,” deputy head of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution and Refining Company Shahrokh Khosravani said.
“If we can manage domestic consumption, don’t give liquid fuel to power plants and replace liquid fuel with gas, the export of oil products will rise to approximately 550 to 600 thousand bpd. There are a lot of international companies which are applicants of Iranian petroleum products,” ISNA quoted him as saying.
