Mentioning the recent security concerns toward Turkey, Iranian foreign ministry said in a statement a week before Nowruz, “citizens avoid unnecessary travel to this country”.
According to ILNA, Turkey is one of the most important destinations for Iranians but the country has suffered lack of security especially after its recent attempted coup and several terrorist attacks.
