According to IRNA, the Spanish premier hailed Rouhani’s performance during his first term in office which resulted in normalization of ties with different world countries.
“I hope and am confident that we can help to restoration of peace and stability to the region,” Rajoy said.
He said that Spain and Iran have good relations which can undoubtedly help uphold success and welfare of their citizens.
