Deploring over the disastrous floods caused by heavy monsoon rains in certain parts of south Asia, especially in India, Nepal and Pakistan, which left hundreds killed, wounded and missing and caused immense damage, Qasemi expressed sympathy with the bereaved families, IRNA reported.
According to reports, more than 1,200 people have died across India, Bangladesh and Nepal as a result of flooding, with 40 million affected by the devastation.
The devastating floods have also destroyed or damaged 18,000 schools.
