Iran’s total non-oil exports (including gas condensate) during the period stood at $17.19 billion, which indicates a fall of 5%, year-on-year, Trend news agency reported.
China was the main importer of goods from Iran, in this period. The country’s imports accounted for 21.8% of Iran’s total exports, in terms of value. During the period, Iran exported $3.74 billion worth of goods to China, 10% more, compared with the same period of the preceding year.
Iran also exported $2.604 billion worth of goods to the Iraq, which marks 15.1% of the value of Iran’s total exports, according to Financial Tribune.
The UAE ($2.58 billion), South Korea (with $1.67 billion), India ($1.19 billion), Afghanistan ($1.05 billion), Turkey ($608 million), Pakistan ($297 million), Thailand ($250 million) and Taiwan($233 million) were the other top importers of Iranian goods.
