In a meeting with the Head of Iran parliament's (Majlis) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Aladdin Boroujerdi, McAllister voiced the EP and the European Union's (EU) all-out support to the 2015 deal also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
He added that the Eurpean Parliament welcomes removal of all sanctions imposed on Iran as stipulated by the JCPOA, according to IRNA.
The MEP said his visit to Tehran is aimed at reviewing the latest regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
