TEDPIX Ends Trade Lower

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 370.63 points or 0.38% to end Saturday trade at 96,779.9.

About 646 million shares valued at $27.66 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

VASPARI Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.97% to 1,204 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Navard Aluminum MFG Group incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.48% to 1,535 rials per share.

Mobarakeh Steel Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company and Tehran Oil Refining Company.

Jam Petrochemical Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran National Copper Industry Company and Telecommunications Company of Iran.

The Price Index lost 117.54 points to close at 30,689.

The First Market Index was down 286.78 points to post 68,445.7. 

The Second Market Index shed 666.21 points to reach 207,668.8.

The Industry Index lost 352.11 points to register 86,577.6.

The Free Float Index gave up 461.88 points to end at 103,494.31. 

The TSE 30 was down 17.72 points to settle at 4,323.4 and the TSE 50 lost 15.32 to finish at 4,064.1.

 IFX Sheds 9.98 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 9.98 points or 0.09% to close Saturday trade at 1,096.76.

About 151.8 million securities valued at $31.46 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 11.92 million of its shares were traded.

Tabarok Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $251,750.

Marjankar Company, Rail Pardaz Seir Company and Golpayegan Pegah Company registered the highest value increase.

Afranet Company, Saman Insurance and Chaharmahal Food Products and Sugar Company suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
