EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 250.67 points or 0.27% on Sunday compared to the day before to end trade at 92,849.9.

About 1.1 billion shares valued at $84.1 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Khorasan Sugar Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 5% to 43,238 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Persian Gulf Transportation Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.97% to 2,830 rials per share.

Informatics Services Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by National Iranian Copper Industries Company and Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Parsian Oil and Gas Development Company and Jam Petrochemical Company.

The Price Index lost 78.73 points to close at 29,167.1.

The First Market Index was down 172.07 points to post 65,963. 

The Second Market Index shed 565.83 points to reach 197,694.2.

The Industry Index dropped 220.88 points to register 83,080.5.

The Free Float Index gave up 277.99 points to end at 98,652.56.

The TSE 30 was down 6.30 points to settle at 4,127.4 and the TSE 50 lost 7.34 points to finish at 3,910.9.

 IFX Adds 6 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 6 points or 0.58% to close Sunday trade at 1,047.8.

About 236.8 million securities valued at $44.7 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 30.34 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.8 million.

Pakdis Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and KBC Company registered the highest value increase.

Shomalshargh Shahrood Industrial and Mining Company, Ballast Company and Atieh Dadeh Pardaz suffered the biggest decline.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company and Khorasan Petrochemical Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
