EghtesadOnline: T ehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 199.94 points or 0.21% on Saturday compared to the day before to end trade at 93,891.12.

About 1.05 billion shares valued at $51.4 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Iran Aluminum Company was the biggest riser, going up 9.49% to 1,950 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Persian Gulf International Transportation Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.24% to 2,937 rials per share.

Khorasan Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company and Jam Petrochemical Company.

Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and Isfahan Oil Refinery Company.

The Price Index gained 62.76 points to close at 29,472.46.

The First Market Index was up 141.13 points to post 66,838.50. 

The Second Market Index added 430.50 points to reach 199,185.35.

The Industry Index scored 203.76 points to register 84,124.62. The Free Float Index gained 235.46 points to end at 99,843.21. The TSE 30 was up 6.08 points to settle at 4,179 and the TSE 50 gained 7.81 points to finish at 3,958.59.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 4.13 points or 0.39% to close Saturday trade at 1,074.05.

About 237.45 million securities valued at $46.33 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 22.84 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.86 million.

Marjankar Company, Shomalgharb Housing Investment Company and Tehran Housing Investment Company registered the highest value increase.

Tourism Bank, Sabzevar Lar Cement Company and Bahman Leasing Company suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Khorasan Petrochemical Company and Bahman Diesel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
