TEDPIX Ends Tuesday Trade 0.27 Percent Higher

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 254.47 points or 0.27% on Tuesday to end trading at 96,101.9.

About 1.1 billion shares valued at $58.74 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Iran Carbon Company was the biggest riser, going up 11.32% to 4,858 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Bojnourd Cement Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 5% to 4,202 rials per share. 

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Khuzestan Steel Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.

Omid Investment Group was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and Ghadir Investment Company.

The Price Index gained 78.98 points to close at 29,802.4.

The First Market Index was up 195.09 points to post 69,128. 

The Second Market Index gained 465.17 points to reach 200,019.2.

The Industry Index scored 244.68 points to register 86,242.5.

The Free Float Index gathered 936.72 points to end at 106,233.41.

The TSE 30 added 12.02 point to settle at 4,509.6 and the TSE 50 went up by 7.11 points to finish at 4,031.

 IFX Up 0.53%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 5.86 points or 0.53% to close Tuesday trade at 1,114.13.

About 423.89 million securities valued at $59.35 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 196.65 million of its shares worth $4.33 million changed hands.

Rishmac Productive and Exports Company, Bahman Leasing Company and Behpak Industrial Company registered the highest value increase.

Saman Insurance, Pegah Fars Dairy Company and Tukarail Company suffered the biggest decline.

Esfahan Steel Company, Zagros Petrochemical Company and Hormozgan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
