EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 2,368.52 points or 2.22% on Wednesday to end trading at 108,872.6.

About 2.55 billion shares valued at $166.73 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Sepah Investment Company was the biggest riser, going up 9.03% to 1,521 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

IRCA Group incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 4.88% to 1,814 rials per share. 

Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex and Mobarakeh Steel Company.

Iran National Copper Industries Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Bank Mellat and Eqtesad Novin Bank.

The Price Index gained 727.13 points to close at 33,419.7.

The First Market Index was up 1,835.27 points to post 79,605.9. 

The Second Market Index scored 4,236.44 points to reach 219,755.4. The Industry Index gathered 2,253.17 points to register 98,476.

The Free Float Index was up 2,154.32 points to hit 119,831.90.

The TSE 30 added 113.86 point to settle at 5,328 and the TSE 50 rose by 109.93 points to finish at 4,636.1.

 IFX Up 2.31%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 28.08 points or 2.31% to close Wednesday trade at 1,241.61.

About 521.96 million securities valued at $65.03 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 42.43 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $2.23 million.

Arfa Steel Company, MobinOne Kish Company and Rishmac Productive and Exports Company registered the highest value increase.

Tourism Bank, Mavad Vizhe Lia Company and Tuka Refractories suffered the biggest decline.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Marun Petrochemical Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
