EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index lost 1,659.08 points or 0.88% on Monday to end trading at 187,778.9. About 3.24 billion shares valued at $83.99 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Farabi Pharmaceutical Company was the biggest winner as its shares went up 10.92% to 6,216 rials per share. 

Ghadir Khodro Leasing Co. incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 8.28% to 1,506 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Bank Mellat contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Co., and Mobarakeh Steel Company.

Pars Petrochemical Company gave the biggest boost to the index, followed by Parsian Oil and Gas Development Group, and Khark Petrochemical Company.

The Price Index lost 484.71 points to close at 54,860.1.

The First Market Index was down 2,037.56 points to post 140,512.4. The Second Market Index increased by 612.41 points to reach 363,537.4.

The Industry Index went down by 1,076.65 points to register 171,782.4. Free Float Index was down 2,474.34 points to hit 198,773.58.

The TSE 30 went down 118.25 point to settle at 9,420.4 and the TSE 50 ended 64.59 points lower to finish at 8,316.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 8.7 points or 0.41% to close Monday trade at 2,102.41.

About 973.06 million securities valued at $48.92 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value as 119.89 million of its shares worth $2.34 million changed hands. 

Avicenna Laboratories Inc., Khorasan Petrochemical Co., and Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Company registered the highest value increase.

Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Investment Group Company, Pegah Golpayegan Dairy Co., and Tadbirgaran-e Fars and Khuzestan suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, Esfahan Steel Co., and Damavand Power Generation Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
