About 3.8 billion rials ($21,600) have been invested in this factory, which started production as of May 17, IRNA reported.
According to Piranshahr Governor Ali Torabi, the factory is currently capable of producing 5,000 masks per day.
“The production could increase to 10,000, provided adequate raw materials are supplied,” he added.
