Tehran’s share market wrapped up the week on Wednesday up almost 10%.
Tehran Stock Exchange main index, TEDPIX, lost nearly 151,000 points or 10.09% in the week to end at 1,647,314.5. Trading at TSE starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.
The TSE’s equal-weighted index was up 35,000 points or 7.84% during the week. Iran Fara Bourse's main index, IFX, added 1,244 points or 6.49% in the week.
Net capital inflow by retail investors amounted to 15.6 trillion rials ($37.9 million), nearly 8.6 trillion on Wednesday.
Retail trade increased considerably last week compared with the preceding week, amounting to 300 trillion rials ($738.9 million).
Average daily retail trade jumped 59% during the last week, from 52 trillion rials ($128 million) to 82.86 trillion rials ($204 million).
