Receiving Ammar al-Hakim, Chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq on Monday Rafsanjani warned against the changing strategy of the terrorists, urging wise measures to counter them, IRNA reports.
The terrorists are apparently changing their plans by adopting new methods of creating unconnected cells which tend to be scattered both in the Iraqi cities and regional countries, he said.
The senior cleric also congratulated the Iraqi official on the liberation of Fallujah, calling the atrocities committed by the terrorists as evidence of their frustration.
Daesh terrorists were delivered a big blow in Fallujah when they realized they could not rely on the public support to keep their strongholds, he said.
What they are doing now is evidence of their frustration, Rafsanjani said.
On his part, the Chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq said that we in Iraq are in the heart of the events.
We see today that things in Iraq are gradually getting better, Hakim said.
Presently, the Kurds, and the Sunnis have also realized that it is to the benefit of the country that all sections of the society to be united.
The economic conditions are also getting better as Iraq is producing more oil and the global oil prices are improving, Hakim said.
