EghtesadOnline: Managing director of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC) said Iran could daily export 13 million liters of gas oil during March 20 to June 20, 2016, that shows a record as the figure had been three million liters during the same period in 2015.

Naser Sajjadi told IRNA Monday that decrease in national consumption and country's development in the area caused increase in exports of oil products.

During the mentioned period in 2016, national consumption of gas oil decreased by 13-percent compared with the same period in the preceding year.

It is predicted that exports of gas oil will rise to 20 million liters per day by the end of March 21, when the Iranian calendar year ends, Sajjadi said.

Since two years ago, Iran did make a halt to import gas oil and turned into an exporter of that oil product.
