EghtesadOnline: The United States should be brought under pressure for wriggling out of its JCPOA commitments, says Secretary of Iran's Expediency Council Mohsen Rezaei.

The committee monitoring the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action can sue the United States for its failure to honor its commitments under the JCPOA, Rezaei said on Saturday.

Our economy from the outset and following the Islamic Revolution has not experienced normal conditions, IRNA quoted him as saying.

'The unfavorable economic situation was partly because of the sanctions,' he said.

The secretary of Expediency Council said that we should make changes.

He hailed the Economy of Resistance as one of the major steps taken in Iran following the Islamic Revolution.

'The Revolution forces should take charge of the economy and restore the authority of Iran after 300 years,' Rezaei said.

'Today everybody is tempted by the security and authority of the Islamic Republic,' he said.

The message of the Resistance Economy is that the Islamic could achieve economic development without ignoring its principles and values, he said.
