Touching annual $ 200b non-oil exports reachable in nine years

EghtesadOnline: Secretary of the Federation of Iranian Energy Export Industries said Iran can export non-oil products worth 200 billion dollars within nine years.

Hamid Reza Salehi made the remarks Saturday while referring to the country's future plans on non-oil exports. 

Speaking to IRNA, Salehi stressed importance of developing the country's exports. 

It is predicted that Iran will export 50 billion dollars worth of non-oil products by the end of the Iranian calendar year on March 20, 2017.

Salehi further referred to the effective measures taken by the government to control the inflation and set financial discipline that helped exports development.

Referring to the positive atmosphere that has been created after the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) between Iran and world powers, Salehi hoped that banking problems created in sanctions era would be removed soon to facilitate transfer of money.
