Larijani lauds Iranian Paralympics athletes

EghtesadOnline: Majlis (parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani in a message lauded Iranian athletes, who participated in Rio 2016 Paralympics.

Larijani wrote in his message that disabled athletes participated in Rio 2016 Paralympics created again great honors for Iranians. 
The speaker appreciated all those officials in charge of Iran's sport teams and special thanks for ladies, who created honors and caused the national anthem to be played in this international arena, according to IRNA.
Iranian team of athletes participated in Rio 2016 Paralympics, dubbed as 'Mina Martyrs Group', received 24 medals; 8 gold, 9 silver and 7 bronze ranked 15 in this international sport event.
The 15th Paralympics games kicked off on September 8 and ended on September 18 in presence of 4,350 athletes from 178 countries.
