Head of the Geology Department at National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) Ghodratollah Nik-Khah said the department is capable offering the wellhead geological services, geological studies, reservoir study and petrophysical services to the clients.
Iranian oil industry, with more than 100 years of record performance, has attained self-sufficiency in various sectors, according to IRNA.
Self-sufficiency in production of 70 percent of oil industry equipment and export of the items and also self-sufficiency in exploration and drilling make up for expertise of Iranian technicians.
Regarding elimination of sanctions and removal of impediments on the way of international activities of Iranian oil industry, Iranian oil industry officials say oil industry is ready to supply exploration and geological services.
He said that the services will be presented by more than 30 drilling rigs, laboratory equipped with the systems needed for preparation of tiny junctions and study on them, scanning core drilling and software programs for specific purposes.
