According to Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Qin visited Head of AEOI Ali Akbar Salehi, the Managing Director of Nuclear Power Production and Development Company of Iran Mohammad Ahmadian and the officials in charge of modernization project of Arak heavy water reactor.
Both sides, expressing their interest to reinforce and expand ties in all fields related to peaceful uses of nuclear energy, reviewed ways to expedite the process of modernizing Arak heavy water reactor, reports IRNA.
