EghtesadOnline: Head of Fars Industry, Mine and Trade Organization said that dairy products exports from the province had 49% growth during the first 7 months of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 20).

Ali Hemmati said that dairy products worth $33,600,000 have been exported in 7 months. The figure was $22,500,000 during the same period last year, according to IRNA.

He emphasized the necessity of developing economic ties with the Persian Gulf littoral states, saying that dairy and protein products exports to these states and to other countries as well should be underscored to create suitable market.

He added one of the ways to evaluate the feasibility of entering neighboring countries' markets is participating in international exhibitions, dispatching trade and marketing delegations, and having face to face interaction with those merchants who are interested in purchasing Iranian high quality products.
