In the field of technology, including the nuclear energy, Slovakia can help Iran develop power plants while in other areas, like oil and gas, Iran tends to be helpful.

There are good grounds for cooperation and investments, in many areas including technology, economy, energy and transit of commodities, he added.

The two sides have very effective and friendly ties now, Zarif said.

The Iranian foreign minister also referred to the nuclear deal signed between Tehran and P5+1 and said the deal is not just between Iran and the United States.

Other countries like China and Russia have also among the signatories of the agreement, he said.

Responding a question on Syria, Zarif said that the Syrian crisis has only a political solution.

We hope other countries also come to realize this fact and everybody reach a clear solution, the top diplomat said.
