Referring to historical record of relations between the two nations and plenty of capacities available in different political, economic and cultural domains, Rouhani wrote, 'We hope that in the new era of your Excellency's premiership, the two countries will witness consolidation and development of mutual ties in all interested fields.'
'I wish you health, success and prosperity and honor for Spain's people,' Rouhani concluded.
