In the message, President Rouhani congratulated the occasion to His Majesty, government and nation of Oman, and expressed the hope that bilateral relations between the two countries would expand more than ever in the past.
According to IRNA, he wished health and success for sultan as well as prosperity and honor for Omani nation.
November 18 is Oman National Day.
