Iran calls for unity of all religions to fight terrorism

EghtesadOnline: Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi denounced bombing at Cairo Cathedral which killed and injured innocent worshipers.

A bomb blast has killed at least 25 people during Sunday mass inside a Cairo church near the main Coptic Christian cathedral, according to Egyptian state TV.

Iranian official stated that targeting sanctuaries and the holy places is against all religions, adding all nations from all religions and countries must be unified to fight terrorism, according to ISNA.

The explosion ripped through St Peter's Church at around 10:00am local time, wounding at least another 49 people, according to Egyptian health ministry cited on state TV.
