Iran participates in renewable energy projects in Kazakhstan

EghtesadOnline: Iran and Kazakhstan will sign an energy agreement following which expanded cooperation between the two countries will start.

Iran has expressed its readiness to participate in Kazakh renewable energy projects and the establishment of a power plant in Kazakhstan, ISNA reported.

Minister of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassymbek Zhenis Mahmudovich, has said earlier that Iran would participate in renewable energy in Kazakhstan, Shana reported.

He made the remarks on sideline of the 15th session of the Iran-Kazakhstan joint commission of economic, trade, scientific, technological and cultural cooperation in Tehran.

 Mahmudovich stated that companies from his country are willing to cooperate with Iranian firms aiming to boost commercial ties.
