Mihoubi made the remarks in opening ceremony for Algerian Culture Week in Tehran, accordng to IRNA.
'We believe cultural interaction between Iran and Algeria enjoys is a new and dynamic move,' the minister said.
He appreciated Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Reza Salehi–Amiri for creating opportunity to hold Algeria culture week and underlined that it is not just a cultural event, but also a true occasion to emphasize higher level of politico-cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Mihoubi added that as Algeria with its heritage and historical background is in the center of Tehran attention, Iran with its deep rooted civilization was honored and applauded by Algerians last year.
