Dehqan made the remarks in separate congratulation messages to his counterparts on the glorious birthday of one of the great divine prophets, the Jesus Christ (Peace Be Upon Him) on Dec 25 and the advent of the new Christian year.
According to IRNA, Dehqan's messages were addressed to his counterparts in Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, China, Lebanon, India, South Africa, Serbia, Poland, Greece, Venezuela, Italy, Brazil, Spain, Bolivia, Cuba, Austria and Croatia.
