At a meeting withDieter Romann, Ashtarisaid: “countering with organized crimes especially fight against drugs and terrorists will be included in this cooperation because it is effective on promotion security of the two countries.”
In responseGerman police President said: “I witnessed the sacrifices of Iranian police forces in fighting against drugs. Iranian police activities in fighting against drugs protect German youth against drugs, too.”
“This meeting is starting and continuing point for cooperation with Iranian police and I believe there is a clear prospect for this cooperation. I hope we can come to effective solutions to fight against crime”, ISNA quoted him as saying.
