In the letter penned by a Korean firefighter on behalf of South Korean firefighters' society to Iranian embassy in South Korea, he sympathized with the bereaved families of the victims of the sad incident.
Plasco Trade Center, the 17-storey building collapsed in downtown Tehran while a number of firefighters were inside the building to rescue those trapped in the huge fire, IRNA reported.
Plasco, built in 1962, was the first high-rise building in the Iranian capital.
