Deputy Minister: Slovakia promotes Iran’s credit line one unit

EghtesadOnline: Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Mohammad Khazaei, said on Tuesday that Slovakian government promoted Iran’s credit line from seven to six in 2016.

Khazaei made the remarks in the gathering, “Iran, Slovakia Development of Trade Cooperation” in Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines.
According to IRNA, Slovakian government has improved Iran’s credit line, because of increases in trade exchanges and they have declared in turn that they are going to improve Iran’s credit line by another unit.
Governor of the Investment Organization and Economic, Technical Assistances of Iran said visit of Slovakian economic delegation with presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance is very important, which indicated firm intention of Slovakia to establish trade relations with Iran.
Khazaei said level of trade and investment cooperation between the two countries is upgraded.
He added that in the past month, one Slovakian company made five billion dollar investment in the energy sector of Iran.
Bilateral trade and level of investment by Iran and Slovakia showed 60 percent growth, reaching 25 million euros and the two states intend to increase the figure to 100 million euros in a near future.
Slovakian Finance Minister told the gathering that representatives from three private banks of Slovakia are in Tehran to sign MoU with Iranian banks.
