During the quarterfinal round, Shokri in weight category of 85 kg defeated his Estonian rival 2-1.
In the semi-final match, he overpowered Lithuanian wrestler 4-0 and reached final stage, IRNA reported.
In the final round, the Iranian wrestler was hit by Hungarian rival and ranked second.
The event is underway in Szombathely, Hungary until March 27.
