“Dairy products, our main exported product over the period, accounted for more than $244.8 million of the total sum,” Delavar Heydarpour was also quoted as saying by IRNA.
Other exports, according to the official, included chicken, red meat, fresh and dried fruit, vegetables, flowers and plants.
“Our main export destinations were Iraq, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, the UAE, Kuwait, Russia, Germany and Kazakhstan,” Financial Tribune quoted him as saying.
