Mohammad Reza Ghavam told IRNA on Wednesday that Kerman has exeported over $4 billion while a lot of its products are exported via other provinces.
The products exported were of industrial and agricultural nature, including polyethylene, ceramics, pistachios, and dates, that were mostly exported to Europe and Central Asia.
He added that the import of the province has increased too, but it was mostly focused on items such as machinery, capital goods, and raw material.
He also said that after the enactment of the JCPOA, purchasing and importing some machinery were facilitated although the deal has not been fully executed.
