EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index added 268.30 points or 0.34% to end Wednesday trade at 80,127.1.

More than 1.72 billion shares valued at $84.73 million changed hands for the day.

Qazvin Sugar Company was the biggest riser, going up 12% to 3,453 rials per share.

Silica Sand MFG. Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.99% to 5,424 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

SAIPA gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Omid Investment Group and Iran Khodro Group.

Informatics Services Corporation weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Iran Transfo Company and Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex.

The Price Index gained 92.30 points or 0.34% to stand at 27,572.1.

The First Market Index added 202.20 points or 0.36% to post 55,724.8.

The Second Market Index won 503.40 points or 0.29% to register 176,904.4.

The Industry Index was up 237.20 points or 0.35% to reach 68,804.

The Free Float Index scored 463.63 points or 0.53% to hit 87,627.60.

The TSE 30 Index gained 15.10 points or 0.49% to settle at 3,123.7 while the TSE 50 Index was up 7.80 points or 0.25% to finish at 3,103.6.

  IFX Tumbles

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 0.39 points or 0.04% to end Wednesday trade at 924.21.

Close to 260 million securities valued at $24.4 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Sepehr Investment Bank saw the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 100 million of its shares valued at $2.63 million changes hands.

Saman Insurance, Rail Pardaz Seir Company and Iranian Investment Group registered the highest value increase.

Yazd Alloy Steel Company and Pardis and Alvand housing investment companies suffered the biggest decline.

Marun Petrochemical Company, MAPNA Group and Pasargad Oil Company had the most negative influence on the IFB benchmark.
