TEDPIX Breaks Past 83,000

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 127.10 points or 0.15% to end Monday trade at 83,012.1.

About 1.2 billion shares valued at $68.59 million changed hands for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Iran Manganese Mines was the biggest riser, going up 5% to 3,047 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Iran Glass Wool Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.87% to 5,528 rials per share.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company and National Iranian Copper Industries Company.

Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran weighed the most on TEDPIX, followed by Bank Mellat and MAPNA Group.

The Price Index added 41.20 points or 0.15% to close at 26,898.7.

The First Market Index gained 171.50 points or 0.29% to post 58,386.4.

The Second Market Index shed 170.20 points or 0.09% to reach 179,740.8.

The Industry Index was up 142.30 points or 0.20% to register 72,027.6.

The Free Float Index won 196.82 points or 0.22% to hit 91,359.40.

The TSE 30 gathered 12.20 points or 0.36% to settle at 3,374.2 while the TSE 50 Index scored 3.80 points or 0.12% to finish at 3,248.3.

 IFX Up 0.06%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 0.53 points or 0.06% to close Monday trade at 947.55.

Close to 331.6 million securities valued at $66.92 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company witnessed the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 116.62 million of its shares valued at $2.6 million changed hands.

Tuka Paint Company, MobinOne Kish and Kosar Insurance registered the highest value increase.

Shomalshargh Shahrood Industrial and Mining Company, Omid Taban Hour Energy Management Company and Teliseh Nemooneh Company suffered the biggest decline.

Esfahan Steel Company, Damavand Power Generation Company and Zagros Petrochemical Company had the most positive impact on the IFB benchmark.
