In the message, President Rouhani expressed the hope to witness further expansion of all-out cooperation between Tehran and Tashkent.
He also wished success and dignity of Uzbek nation in his message, IRNA reported.
Following collapse of former Soviet Union in 1991, Uzbekistan attained its independence on the fist of September of that year.
