Iran, Bosnia underscore promoting economic, trade cooperation

EghtesadOnline: Iranian envoy to Bosnia and Herzegovina Mahmoud Heidari and Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Elmedin Konaković emphasized developing economic and trade cooperation.

Elmedin appreciated Iran's support for Bosnia and Herzegovina people and government while they were involved in war, IRNA reported. 

Iran was one of the first countries that recognized Bosnia and Herzegovina's independence, he said.

He also stressed on developing cooperation in tourism, trade, industry and scientific fields between two countries.

Bosnian PM expressed hope for the further facilitation in visa issuance process for the Iranian people.

Meanwhile, Heidari emphasized the importance of facilitating visa issuance for both countries' nationals. 

He also expressed Iran's readiness in establishing cooperation with Sarajevo in nano-technology field.
