Germany after retaking its shares of Iran market

EghtesadOnline: Germany is seeking to retake its shares in Iranian market, Manager of VDMA Company (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mechanical Engineering Industry Association) said.

German small and regional banks have resumed ties with Iranian banks, Thorsten Kuhmann told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Sunday.

Germany and the European Union are eager to boost participation in Iran market and 46 VDMAD affiliated companies attended Iran Plast 2017 exhibition which is underway in Tehran.

He also referred to resuming relations with Austrian Oberbbank and opening one-billion dollar-LC for Iran.

Kuhmann also pointed to transferring technology and also training forces as other aims of German delegation trip to Iran.

Iran Plast 2017 was held with the attendance of 524 companies from 23 countries.

IranPlast website describes the exhibition as one of the largest and most important exhibitions in Iran, in the fields of Raw Materials, Machinery and Moulds, Auxiliaries and Services for Plastics & Rubber industries, as well as, one of the most magnificent ones in the Middle East region and Asia.
