He added that during the same period, a total of 739,154 tons of goods were loaded and unloaded in this port, of which 738,674 tons pertained to non-oil goods and 480 tons to oil products.
During the period, 218,2 TEU containers were loaded and unloaded in this port, which shows a 258% increase compared with the same period of last year. Non-oil goods transit from this port reached to 98,340 tons, which shows a 128% increase year-on-year, Khabar Online reported.
Bandar Lengeh, as the main port in the west of Hormozgan Province, is located 240 kilometers west of Bandar Abbas, the capital of Hormozgan Province, according to Financial Tribune.
