EghtesadOnline: Trade Capital Bank, Tejarat Bank’s affiliate in Belarus, has active banking ties with its counterparts in the Eastern European nation, according to the minister of industries, mining and trade.

“Transaction of funds and SWIFT ties have been reestablished between the lender and the Belarusian banking system,” Mohammad Shariatmadari was also quoted as saying by Mizan news website. The minister was speaking on the sidelines of the 14th session of Iran-Belarus Economic Commission that he co-chaired on Monday.  However, he stressed that the level of correspondent banking relations are unsatisfactory. “A credit line of €50 million will be allocated to Iranian businesspeople by the Export Development Bank of Iran,” Financial Tribune quoted the minister as saying.
