TSE Benchmark Sheds 51 Points in Saturday Trade

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 51.44 points or 0.05% to end Saturday trade at 95,577.3.

About 1.35 billion shares valued at $60.39 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Bank Saderat Iran was the biggest riser, going up 4.9% to 535 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Saipa Diesel Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.86% to 960 rials per share.

Mellat Bank gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Bank Saderat Iran and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran.

Jam Petrochemical Company Iran was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Mines and Metals Development Investment Company and Iran Khodro Group.

The Price Index gained 16.41 points to close at 30,326.

The First Market Index was up 24.60 points to post 67,458.3. 

The Second Market Index added 172.40 points to reach 205,801.4.

The Industry Index shed 22.96 points to register 85,554.6.

The Free Float Index lost 19.59 points to end at 102,017.28.

The TSE 30 gave up 0.50 points to settle at 4,260.3 while the TSE 50 was up 3.17 to finish at 4,015.1.

 IFX Loses 0.92 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 0.92 points or 0.09% to close Saturday trade at 1,079.64.

About 219.78 million securities valued at $910.38 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 25.114 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $653,820.

Caspian Tamin Pharmaceutical Company, Teliseh Nemooneh Company and East Azarbaijan Pegah Company registered the highest value increase.

Tadbirgaran-e Fars and Khuzestan, Kharazmi IT Development Company and TukaRail Company suffered the biggest decline.

Arfa Steel Company, Damavand Power Generation Company and Shiraz Oil Refining Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
