EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 342.24 points or 0.35% to end Wednesday trade (last trading day on March 28) at 96,938.88.

About 721 million shares valued at $26 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Bank Parsian incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.98% to 915 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Irka Part Sanat Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.87% to 2,090 rials per share.

Bank Parsian was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Isfahan Oil Refinery and Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex and Khouzestan Steel Company.

The Price Index gained 108.53 points to close at 30,739.38.

The First Market Index was up 333.41 points to post 68,558.25. 

The Second Market Index added 256.78 points to reach 208,009.60.

The Industry Index rose by 360.13 points to register 86,701.28.

The Free Float Index gathered 516.37 points to hit 103,748.30.

The TSE 30 gained 30.80 points to settle at 4,323.73 and TSE 50 was up 17.02 to finish at 4,068.27.

 IFX Inches Down 

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX shed 0.70 points or 0.06% to close Wednesday trade at 1,106.90.

About 172.24 million securities valued at $12.93 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Saman Insurance had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 14.96 million of its shares valued at $1.1 were traded.

Arfa Iron & Steel Company, Zarin Madan Asia and Shahed Development and Construction Company registered the highest value increase.

Pegah Golpayegan Dairy Company, Mihan Insurance and Ballast Company suffered the biggest decline.

Arfa Iron & Steel Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Lavan Oil Refinery had the most positive impact on IFX.
