TEDPIX Ends Week at 93,691

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 86.06 points or 0.09% on Wednesday compared to the day before to end trade at 93,691.9.

About 2.03 billion shares valued at $111.03 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Tecnotar Company was the biggest riser, going up 4.82% to 3,805 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Offset Press Inc. incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.99% to 11,130 rials per share.

Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran.

Mobarakeh Steel Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Isfahan Oil Refining Company and SAIPA Group.

The Price Index gained 26.79 points to close at 29,411.4.

The First Market Index was up 56.46 points to post 66,697. 

The Second Market Index added 204.75 points to reach 198,754.8.

The Industry Index scored 106.10 points to register 83,920.9.

The Free Float Index lost 193.48 points to end at 99,589.73.

The TSE 30 was up 3.62 points to settle at 4,172.9 and the TSE 50 gained 10.98 points to finish at 3,950.8.

 IFX Sheds 8 Points

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX lost 8.44 points or 0.78% to close Wednesday trade at 1,070.09.

About 286.18 million securities valued at $35.13 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 64.42 million of its shares were traded.

Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.76 million.

Marjankar Company, Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company and Khazar Sea Shipping Lines registered the highest value increase.

Sabzevar Lar Cement Company, Arfa Steel Company and Sina Port and Maritime Company suffered the biggest decline.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Arfa Steel Company and Khorasan Petrochemical Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
