TEDPIX Ends Week at 95,445

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 215.16 points or 0.23% on Wednesday to end trading at 95,445.1.

About 849 million shares valued at $45.80 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Fanavaran Petrochemical Company was the biggest riser, going up 5.24% to 30,620 rials per share, according to Financial Tribune.

Melli Industrial Group incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.99% to 12,746 rials per share.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Kharg Petrochemical Company and Jam Petrochemical Company.

Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Telecommunications Company of Iran and Tehran Oil Refining Company.

The Price Index gained 66.93 points to close at 29,676.1.

The First Market Index was up 198.41 points to post 67,971.7. 

The Second Market Index added 213.40 points to reach 202,339.4.

The Industry Index scored 227.37 points to register 85,603.3.

The Free Float Index gathered 252.87 points to hit 101,931.11.

The TSE 30 was up 15.16 point to settle at 4,258.7 and the TSE 50 gained 10.64 points to finish at 4,011.8.

 IFX Up 0.38%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 4.2 points or 0.38% to close Wednesday trade at 1,107.04.

About 301.43 million securities valued at $48.67 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 63.85 million of its shares changed hands.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.44 million.

Arfa Steel Company, Shahed Construction and Development Company and Esfahan Steel Company registered the highest value increase.

Mihan Insurance, Tadbirgaran-e Fars and Khuzestan and Lavan Oil Refining Company suffered the biggest decline.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Arfa Steel Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
