TEDPIX Ends Week at 95,577

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 168.08 points or 0.18% on Wednesday to end trading at 95,577.7.

About 1.11 billion shares valued at $61.01 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Fibr Iran Company was the biggest riser, going up 5% to 4,706 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Lorestan Sugar Factory incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies, as it went down 4.8% to 5,255 rials per share. 

Telecommunications Company of Iran was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Esfahan Oil Refining Company and Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.

The Price Index gained 52.27 points to close at 29,676.7.

The First Market Index was up 267.01 points to post 68,680.3. 

The Second Market Index shed 437.28 points to reach 199.312.7.

The Industry Index gathered 178.02 points to register 85,786.5.

The Free Float Index was up 278.53 points to hit 104,673.89.

The TSE 30 gained 20.81 point to settle at 4,483.3 and the TSE 50 dropped 10.41 points to finish at 4,024.6.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 10.31 points or 0.94% to close Wednesday trade at 1,110.4.

About 287.99 million securities valued at $42.94 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 64.64 million of its shares were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $3.52 million.

MobinOne Kish Company, Saman Insurance and Hormozgan Steel Company registered the highest value increase.

Hotel Parsian Kowsar, Sina Port and Marine Company and Tuka Refractories suffered the biggest decline.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Hormozgan Steel Company and Esfahan Steel Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
