The revived units operate in the fields of electricity, electronics, services, cellulose, chemicals, food, metal, non-metal minerals and textile industries, the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade’s official news service Shata reported.
By reviving the units, 266 jobs were created. Most of the units were located in East Azarbaijan Province, while a majority of new jobs were created in Tehran.
Last year (March 2017-18), 1,514 industrial units were revived, which created 24,874 jobs, according to Financial Tribune.
