TEDPIX Gathers Pace on Mon.

EghtesadOnline: Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 37.46 points or 0.03% on Monday to end trading at 108,109.8.

About 1.52 billion shares valued at $67.28 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Pars Petrochemical Company was the biggest winner, as its shares went up 5% to 27,783 rials per share, Financial Tribune reported.

Doodeh Sanati Pars Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 5% to 5,949 rials per share.

Pars Petrochemical Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Khuzestan Steel Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.

Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Kharg Petrochemical Company and MAPNA Group.

The Price Index gained 11.32 points to close at 34,425.1.

The First Market Index was down 42.80 points to post 78,305.5. 

The Second Market Index added 411.84 points to reach 221,709.8.

The Industry Index gathered 44.18 points to register 97,769.1.

The Free Float Index gained 9.62 points to hit 117,350.56.

The TSE 30 was up 3.89 point to settle at 5,166.3 and the TSE 50 ended 6.80 points lower to finish at 4,586.7.

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX shed 3.32 points or 0.27% to close Monday trade at 1,215.41.

About 286.48 million securities valued at $39.98 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Ghadir Petrochemical Company had the highest number of traded shares, as 27.95 million of its shares were traded.

Sarcheshmeh Copper Investment Company registered the highest trade value, with the trading of shares worth $1.48 million.

Shahr-e-Kord Zagros Meat & Dairy Company, Shomal-e-Shargh-e-Shahroud Industrial and Mining Company and Binalvand Company registered the highest value increase.

Asia Zarin Madan Company, Saina Company and Afranet Company suffered the biggest decline.

Hormozgan Steel Company, Zagros Petrocehmical Company and Arfa Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
