The provinces of Khorasan Razavi, Yazd and Fars had the highest share in obtaining the establishment permits that reached 221, 213 and 200 respectively.
The permits created a total of 69,667 jobs during the two-month period, which is up by 28% year-on-year. The highest number of jobs among Iranian provinces was created in East Azarbaijan (4,321) and Qazvin (4,191), IRNA reported.
The capital needed to establish the new industrial units after obtaining the permits during the period stands at 282.44 trillion rials ($6.45 billion), which indicates a 45.3% rise compared to the investment attracted during the preceding year’s corresponding period, according to Financial Tribune.
The western Kerman Province, with 46.91 trillion rials ($1.07 billion), had the highest share in the volume of capital invested in new industrial units.
